Sorry man, happens to everyone at some point, just surround yourself with close friends for a little while so you don't sit around feeling sorry for yourself

Sorry brah, I don't know these feels. I've never been dumped. I've been rejected once at most and that was that. I always lose interest in people. There was however, this one girl who I swear I loved back in my junior year. She was a senior year, was intelligent, and probably the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. She didn't party or drink either. Pretty much perfect imo, but I was an asshle to her and lost out on that opportunity. Long story short, I had feelings for her all throughout senior year and even though she had already graduated, I still liked her so it made it difficult for me to pay attention to other girls. After grad, I feel much better so even though the girl can mean the world to you now, that won't mean that it'll always stay that way. You'll move on OP, trust me. Just give it time.

OP i had these feels once and it completely sucked but about half a year later found a much better hotter smarter girlfriend. It'll come op just think about how many other girls are out there for you life is seriously too short to dwell over a bitch who isnt thinking about you anymore make her realize what she lost be happy move on find someone better and you'll be looking back being like "why the fuk was i so upset and depressed over her? look at me now" trust me time heals everything.

Cut your availability.
Did you know she was stressed did you do little things for her to ease the stress?
If you did and you were right for her she will realise her errors and talk to you about it.. being irrational is pretty much the norm when someone's under stress also especially around our age, you should definitely be talking this out.

yes. im really not worried about her fuking other dudes, shes absolutely terrified of having sex or even getting a finger in there because it hurts so much. i honestly think this was one of the major reasons this whole thing happened, she got frustrated that she was in pain during sex, started thinking "if we cant have sex then why even bother", shes quite emotional and likes to just "go numb" and say fuk it instead of reasoning things out and thinking through, so the sex issue started the cascade of her questioning our relationship

Aren't you a little too old to be caught up in this high school drama bull****?
She left you, either tell her how you feel and try to get her back (which would be retarded, she left you, have some pride) or realize that its over and start getting over it. Hit the lawyer, delete the gym, ******** up.
srs though get a new hobby, that always helps during hard times

this is going to be hard to accept op
But she ****ed another guy and is inlove with him
shes guilty and doesnt like you, so she cant look in your eyes .
You're not going to believe it, but this is the case 99% of the time.
msg her that " you know what happened and it wasnt cool to do when you're with someone already, that she should have broke it off first "
you'll see what i mean

speaking purely from experience brah, i bought into all the excuses they put up with my first love but honestly man it's just code for there's someone else or i don't like you. bishes arent like blokes, they dont say exactly what they mean, what they say is a reflection of what they're feeling, but not necessarily the real reason for what they feel. nomsaiyan? seems like its the case here, unless this girl really is something different.
edit: in my case, 'I'm too afraid our relationship will go to **** and we'll start fighting like crazy again was code for 'I'm ****ing this other bloke, don't want you to know, and don't have the nads to end it proper and stop talking to you'

this is the most difficult part to cope with all i see is the over a year of us being as happy as humanly possible, and all she can see is her current problems, sigh
i know brah, its the best thing to do, the hard part though is going to be getting her out of my head, literally everything i do reminds me of her, driving me fuking insaneTrump 2016
