We optimally recommend at least 20 ounces of water.



I'd suggest drinking all of it around 30 minutes preworkout as this is also optimal.



2-3 hours without a meal constitutes an "empty stomach" for our purposes.



You shouldn't feel energy from Hemavol as it doesn't contain stimulants. You should feel a certain level of focus, especially at 2 scoops, because of the Alpha-GPC in the formula.

Also keep a workout journal, you should see marked increases in endurance and other performance.

The cost of that product to manufacture is what most companies are selling their products for.

You get what you pay for.

I'm neither a fan of Jym nor do i dislike him but at the moment his product is extremely hard to beat (formula wise). Is it pricey? Maybe. But if you take into consideration that you need 2 scoops of most products (some even 3) on the market and only 1 of Jym, it will last you about a month.


That being said, yes OP you can stack both.

always love to hear positive feedback on Hemavol! When someone can get a great workout with a stim free formula despite being used to stim based products it really impresses me!

Hemavols focus for me, is that mind muscle connection. IMO, that is the most important part of training. Don't push weight to just push weight, push weight with your mind in your muscle. I could leg press 10 plates on each side easy, but I do 4 plates each side, wind up a hell of a lot more sore and my legs grow.. I put my mind in the muscle like arnold always said.

Hemavol allows me to do this much better.

Good workout, given that this is my second workout after a week off of stims, probably will be best to post a review after another week or so. On the plus side, upped most of my lifts 5-10 pounds and pumped through the sets.

Will be using Cardio Igniter tonight and back to this stack tomorrow for Chest/Tri.

Forgot my JYM at home today.

I have Hemavol at work and a trial packet of Pump Igniter as well. I think I'm going to try stacking those 2 since I don't feel like driving back home in an hour, anyone ever tried PI with Hemavol? Cardio Igniter is my go-to for cardio days, never tried PI yet tho.
