Physical - Completely tore my MCL skiing. My knee twisted around itself. When it just happened the pain was bad, but adrenalin was controlling it.. I just laid on the mountain side waiting for someone to find me. When I got home and tried to take off my ski pants I cried. I don't remember the last time I cried, but I cried from pain. I couldn't take off my f*cking pants.
Emotional - Dealing with anxiety. I'm so use to it, panic attacks etc don't phase me, I just weather them out. However in the beginning it was so bad that I would have to stay and home all day.++ Positive Crew ++

Jumped a motorbike, overshot the landing and landed virtually upsidown face first. Broke my wrist but hell, everything hurt and all I could do was squirm and make weird noises.

Second worst would be breaking finger by slamming in a door and the door completely closing with the finger now fitting in the slot where the latch goes. Tip broke in 3 places. Fingertip has many, many nerve endings.

Physical- Probably when I woke up having a back spasm of some sort. Lasted for about half an hour. Holy chit it was fuking terrible. Other than that, intestinal cramping that lasted for a while. Felt like someone was stabbing my gut repeatedly.
Emotional-Eh...idk. There were some bummers though.

1. Had circumcision when I was 18 yrs old. ( In my country, parents don't get to decide this for their kids until the kids turned 16 and willingly do it on their own.) So, I had my penis needled 4 times while I was totally awake! After the operation I can't have sex for 2 weeks!
