Hi, I was just wondering if anyone on here has had to deal with any medical issues specifically involving dental complications and how you've been able to keep motivated? I'm currently experiencing quite a bit of pain due to a terrible filling and feel like any type of strenuous activity only makes it worse... I'm just looking to find some exercises that might be less straining from someone who has possibly been through the same or a similar situation. I'm feeling defeated...Thanks for any info! xx

Stop drinking water that contains fluoride and stop using a toothpaste it's included in.
Start eating or chewing a xylitol gum after all your meals.
Start massaging your gums with your fingers once or twice a day, maybe after you brush?
You may need to get your tooth pulled either way which would suck....
