I think I might end up raising my cals a little bit. I'm not hitting protein every day, and I seem to be losing weight a little faster than I should. Worried I might be losing some muscle too. This morning I weighed in at 208. 3 weeks ago I was 215.5, 2 weeks ago 212.5, last week 209.5. So the scale is moving, which is great, but may be moving too fast. Currently at 1800/day. Think i'll set an upper limit of 1900 or 2k. I'm not going to hit it every day, but just so I can get enough protein in.

Who would have thought us former fat boys would ever be worried about losing too much weight, too fast lol.
Great work man... Do you measure yourself to track fat loss? I found it kind of helps for tracking centimeters lost in certain areas. Some weeks I also drop 4-5 pounds and wonder myself as well...Starting weight: 450 Lbs.

Not rude at all. I work M-F at a desk, and S-Sun I drive, so im on my ass alot. I do walk around some on the weekends while working, and i go to the gym 3x a week. I was running too, but havent in a couple weeks since my time has been even more limited.
I was losing very quickly so far this month, so I figured I needed to eat a bit more lol.LEO

Yeah better having more then you should then nothing having enough.
How are you getting 1,800 to 2,000k calories a day in food? I know that might sounds dumb but Im only eating about 1,630 a day and I think its really hard just getting to that. I wanna get to 1,800 a day but I feel like I would have to stuff my face in food. Im not hungry at 1630 so Idk how Im gonna get more in me you know?

You know what, I am not. I have a big tub of this amazing vanilla flavor but just haven't taken it in awhile. The reason is cause I have protein with every meal mostly and I feel like if I have a shake, that will give me even more protein. But like i said in the early post, I rather have more then not enough so I guess I should have some. If I did that I could easily get to 1,800. I haven't really thought about it cause its buried away somewhere in the kitchen but I'll have to take it out and have some. Thanks for reminding me dude!!!! My mind doesn't work well lol. When do you take it? Before or after your workout? Thanks again
