    Why can i lift so heavy?

    I can bench press 140kg for 8 reps, Deadlift 200kg for 5 reps, Squat 180kg for 5 reps.. Yet i'm not really big? Yes my form is good, and i have noticed reasonable gains since ive been lifting which is about a year and abit now..

    WTF IS WRONG WITH ME?!!?!

    The only problem I see here is that you seem to be trying to brag about how much you can lift.

    If you truly can lift this much, why do you need to ask people for advice on why you do well lifting? It's called strength.

    Because its mad that ive only been lifting for a year and i can do this weight. Also for strength competitions Is this good stats for an 18year old?

    Depends. There are certain rules to follow and this may cut down on the weight you can move. Do you have videos?

    I did want to focus on size, but instead ive been gaining strength which of course im happy about but i would prefer to be bigger.

    On the strength competition note, i'll see how my strength improves through-out the year 2014 since i might aswell focus on strength compound exercises. I may compete if i have of course the requirements needed!
