I'm at day 16 and I feel my social dynamics are for sure increasing, i'm nore like "yeah whatever I said that. what you gonna do?" if I say something awkward. It's not getting me like it does when I fap on the reg. When I fap on the reg (to porn) I have no self-respect. I think this is a major psychological problem, but also fysiological aswell.

There is something that changes in the brain when you don't fap for sure. My meditations goes smoother and I get a deeper focus into my meditations because my mind is generally more calm. This creates a synergy effect! (Meditation calms down the genitals and calms down the nervous system, whilst no-fap gives that crystal clear mind of peace). Together they make you serene and a really cool guy to hang around with. This in turn increases your confidence and you get a snowball effect that affects all parts of your life.

Also what I find helps when i'm really horny is to just change focus. Try to imagine that you are drawing up all that sexual energy through your spine and upto your head.

Day 7! Woo!

Didn't want to post until I had a streak going. Have been tempted a few times, but I thought 'nah, if I do this now I'll always be how I am'. The need to change has kept me strong. I'm just going to take it week by week. Will post again in a weeks time.

I am making big efforts to sleep well, i.e to get into bed early and do whatever I can to sleep deeply (wearing earplugs, ensure room is dark, take melatonin, zma etc) I have also started taking vitamin D, royal jelly, lecithin, yeast extract on top of the zma and a few other things that may help with test production.
Workouts are going well, I am making gains and pushing myself harder.

I like that feeling you get when you haven't fapped for a while, it's hard to explain, but you feel more manly and healthy, and frankly you don't feel drained. I think fapping really does drain a lot out of us, vitamins, hormones etc etc. When you wake up on nofap you definitely feel a little more pumped full of the good hormones. I also like looking down at my d*ck when I take a piss and seeing it looking full, rather then shrivelled and drained. Starting to feel a little more confident and upbeat. Nothing amazing, but just a little less drained of life...

well for me it was more like a bachelor party before getting married.

i felt like having an awesome last fap could help me go through with this with no regrets.

it doesn't matter now anyway, i've managed to suppress the urges i felt earlier. it went on for hours. im fine now, im aware that the next days would be harder but my body is ready

I don't ever want to watch porn again for as long as I live. As far as fapping goes, I'd like to reach at least 150 days before making any decisions. Probably wont fap anymore, either, though.

Why? It was a combination of the three MOST deadly factors - alone, lonely, and HUNGOVER

My longest no porn/no fap streak was somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 months. I lost count sometime after 100 days. With no phucking sex. Not even a wet dream.

Pretty much gave up on it. Considered bloweing my barains out. Relapsed, went a few weeks, relapsed again, went another week, repeated for a month or two, relapsed four times in a week....

I'm in 17 days toward a goal of 180. Today, I felt more "in my skin" than I ever have in my adult life.

This is the NoFap thread brah. It's debatable as to whether or not fapping without porn is okay after you've rebooted, but go 3-5 months on no fap before even thinking about that.

Sucks bro but it happens, don't dwell on it though or it will only get worse. I actually did have ED problems back when, that is why i decided to start taking on this challenge. It has helped 10 fold, I have never felt the urge to just straight up **** women as I do now. Don't over think sex and it will get better for you.
