Alright so I'm 14 yo, been training for about 5 months (bulking for 3) and I've been making some great gains! I'm very happy, BUT my arms are really lagging .. So do you have any advice? Thanks

1.curl about everyday
2.always eat a lot, burgers and fries go alooooong way, trust me.
3.dump leg day, they only take a lot of time for no reason, we aint chicks
4.curl a lot.
5. triceps aren't as important so focus more on biceps.
6.try sleeping a lot at night.
7. curling goes along way, so do that more often.

This. Also I can relate as Im 15 and when I started getting into lifting all I used to do was just dumbbell curls everyday haha although I made some good progress I would not recommend it. If you want to make your arms look bigger, focus on triceps like Kaibusu said, it will make your arms look bigger than your biceps would.
