    Arms not growing. Help!

    Alright so I'm 14 yo, been training for about 5 months (bulking for 3) and I've been making some great gains! I'm very happy, BUT my arms are really lagging .. So do you have any advice? Thanks

    1.curl about everyday
    2.always eat a lot, burgers and fries go alooooong way, trust me.
    3.dump leg day, they only take a lot of time for no reason, we aint chicks
    4.curl a lot.
    5. triceps aren't as important so focus more on biceps.
    6.try sleeping a lot at night.
    7. curling goes along way, so do that more often.

    Hope you're trolling.

    Don't work arms everyday. Focus on triceps since they are 2/3 of your arm and do a bit of bicep work if you want. But I don't recommend much arms work, I used to always do arm work and now I don't work arms and want everything else bigger.
    Current weight: 125 lbs.

    Current 1RM lifts

    Bench- 195
    Squat- 275
    Deadlift: 225

    This. Also I can relate as Im 15 and when I started getting into lifting all I used to do was just dumbbell curls everyday haha although I made some good progress I would not recommend it. If you want to make your arms look bigger, focus on triceps like Kaibusu said, it will make your arms look bigger than your biceps would.

    tips

    Focus on triceps with 3 key exercises
    Close grip bench or dips
    Skull crushers
    Tricep pull downs with rope

    Lock out each rep and squeeze
    Eat big dont fear a lil fat gain

    Do heavy close grip bench press, wide grip curls and some sort of close grip curl + supernated dumbell curls that chit will
    Make you grow do many other exercises but these you should have in your routine.
