I had undergone a labrum repair. (posterior region). I still have my left shoulder destroyed, but I mentally cant handle another surgery until its mandatory. Its one of the most grueling processes of my life. BUT, it made me more motivated than ever. Unfortunately, it also came with a serious case of body dysmorphia and feelings of inferiority.
The white tee photo is from today and, you know, I didnt even realize how much I've grown till I just sat down to make this post.. Ive been feeling really down too. Telling myself "Im not big enough" or "not lean enough" etc etc. So this post is for me more than anything. Hate all you want

It took me about a year and 6 months. but i had lifted for 4 years prior to surgery so I am a strong believer (and their is scientific data to support) in muscle memory. So I dont know if I could have done this else wise. Age was probably a factor too.. higher test than when I was 15 I bet haha etc.
Its been a lot of trial and error. My first "bulk" i tried consumin thousands upon thousands of calories and it yielded muscle but MORE fat than i ever wanted. Still trying to shed a little of it. Then i got smart about it.... I took my TDEE and would add 250 cals (give or take) and my cutting has always really been just eating at maintenance and adding some cardio (more for my heart). Never done an intense cut before but i look forward to one, one day.Train like an Animal.
