Cold, shivering, headache, tingly fingers, feeling fatigude, nervous/parandoid (SRS)

I have the above symptoms. My eyes also sting, but I think that may be due to MISCing for so long+lack of sleep.

My fingers/hands and sometimes even my arms feel tingly... The kind of tingle you get in your fingers when you spin around with your hands out and your fingers apart. (try it if you dont know this feel)

I'm also slightly nervous... I'm not sure why. Maybe it's just because I feel like such chit.. But I went into another room of the house to get something a few minutes before making this thread and I took a knife with me. Unfolded and gripped tightly in a fighting stance when I opened the door. (The house is empty)

I have a workout in 2-3 hours and I'm feeling paranoid about that. I'm nervous to take my pre workout in case it makes it worse, although I haven't taken any in 2 days, ive had two rest days because of incredibly thigh DOMS... I've been peeing A LOT more than usual, too.

I'm still shaking and I feel tingling all over.

Well if your eyes sting that means they are too weak and need to strength to take in all the light. Light has weight too you know.

Get a needle and carefully insert it through your eye, from one side to another. Most people get this part wrong, but you must LEAVE IT IN THERE. Now get 2 pieces of string, thin light sewing string and tie it to each end of the needle. Now tie the other end of the string to a small dumbell, or if your eyes are really stinging, go for a 50kg barbell. Position your feet shoulder wide, squat, then jump as high as you can. And if you are cold maybe you should put on a jumper.

It's morning now and I feel mostly better after some sleep. Head still hurts but not dizzy etc. My bed was soaking wet when I woke up though.. Not urine, sweat. Literally soaking wet
