Hey everyone...I just turned 17...and luckily, just got my diet down PERFECTLY about three weeks ago and have seen a five pound gain so far...the biggest ive ever been was 175 pounds because i dirty bulked and got chubby...i had no clue about dieting and assumed that to get big all i needed to do was eat lots of yogurt and meat. God i was such an idiot lol...FINALLY i forced myself to do some reasearch and it has payed off...alot...if anybody wants to know my diet ill gladly post it. But yeah...i am no where near where i want to be and i look forward to further improving myself. Ive posted other transformation posts here before but this is just one picture to give you an idea of what i looked like before, and what i look like now...the picture on the right is a very recent picture of me and it is with a pump...i wish i looked like that all the time...lol.
If you want stats feel free to ask what you want to know. I can post more before and after pictures later on...this is just kind of a preview. Please let me know what you think!! Its just a quick pose thing i took in a mirror...didnt take a pic of the wheels or anything. If anyone has any dieting tips... let me know!! Im very open to any advice because i need it!

lol thers a reason i have my face blocked out, iits because i posted that before and i did it for security reasons i guess, and because i am making a funny ass face. Once i get on my home computer i will find the image in my computer and post my face. My diet is just like a hobbit. It consists of:
::::Breakfast:
5 eggs (2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites)
.5 cups of Oatmeal w/ 8 oz of milk
.20 oz of orange juice
WORKOUT (i workout b4 school)
::::Post Workout Shake (2 scoops of ONs whey and a teaspoon of creatine)
::::Second Breakfast:
Peanut Butter Sandwhch at school (natural pb, wheat bread)
One apple
::::Lunchins
Ham and turkey sandwich on wheat
.5 cups of almonds
1 Kroger Carbmaster Yogurt
1 Bananna
1 Q-smart Bar
:::Second Lunchins
A piece of fruit and some pecans
::::After school snack:
Yogurt surprise (two Kroger Carbmaster yogurts)
::: Dinner
Usually either Tuna and crackers, chicken breast, wheat spaghetti with greens, ect
1 cup brown rice
:::another protein shake
::::Before Bed:
1 cup of fat free lucerns cottage cheese
There is much room for improvement in that diet, and if anyone has any tips/advice/questions, please lmk

You are right man i missjudged that first picture hell that is from...well judging from my previous posts...about this time LAST year...if not before then...wow i ****ed up on the title i will change that thanks for fixing my mistake...i didnt even bother to check my last posts to make sure i just assumed that this was takeen around last october. hell its longer back than i thot i guess. i will change the title tho so thanks. So make that about One Year transformation...im just now getting to where i am comfortable with consistently gaining mass so we will see how things go from here. Thanks and srry again i will change that title if i can
