Incline DB Press
1x5 35 lbs
1x5 55 lbs
3x5 90 lbs still working on that form, I would say it was damn near perfect this time. Might go to 95's for perfect form next week.
Decline Hammer Press
1x10 225 lbs
1x7 225 lbs couldn't get those last 3!
Rows
1x5 45 lbs
3x5 185 lbs workin' on that form
Pull-ups
1x10 finally got 10 again on my first set

Seated Rows
2x10 190 lbs form again
Seated DB Press
1x6 25 lbs
3x6 60 lbs How far down do you guys go on this? I stop at 90 degrees... should I go further? It bugs my shoulder if I do

This workout felt a bit all over the place for me. Some lifts were easy and some were hard. Def had a nice pump though. BO never fails to deliver that!
Today is lower power so I'll update you guys in a bit after I smash it... hopefully I can get the same numbers as last week. I went paddle boarding for 2 hrs yesterday with the gf (one of her bday presents to me) and it was damn fun... but also super exhausting. We shall see!

Sounds painful. Well if you're able to make gains that way I guess I should be able to as well.
Lower Power:

1x3 365 lbs kept the weight up... but couldn't rep out the last two

Standing Calf Raise

Seated Calf Raise
2x10 150 lbs
Energy has been solid now... but my strength has dropped. Really think it's because I'm not eating enough. I'm too scared to bump it up anymore since I'm already at a high BF..

I feel like I need to, but I think I'm just going to cut the weight some.
I had a back and shoulders workout on friday and I won't even put up the lifts since they're all less than what I normally do. But man, that felt great dropping the numbers and really feeling the muscle actually work. BO helped out with a sick focus and pump.
Couldn't lift yesterday because I went to Dland (and ran into scooby from youtube!!!!) and today I have some ceremony for nursing school so I won't be able to lift again. Tuesday though I'll be back smashing it in the gym.
