    Altijd gedacht dat pindakaas vies was, tot dat ik het een keer probeerde, sindsdien verliefd erop. Nu altijd al me broodjes alleen met pindakaas (af en toe een rosbiefje, aangezien dat ook erg lekker is).

    Vandaag voor het eerst weer gedl'd in 6-9 maanden, voelt goed. Nu hopen dat me rug het houdt en niet dat ik weer maanden met pijn loop. Maar we zullen het zien. Deze week ook weer beginnen met squaten.

    Lange benen, niet zulke lange armen.

    Krijg rug niet recht op deadlifts, dus dan maar rackpull voor die juicy back.
    Strek 3x per week hamstrings, hip flexors en achilles. Kan nu met rechte benen grond aan raken, maar rug recht krijgen is een no go.

    rackpulls kunnen helpen om je lockout voor deadlift sterker te krijgen.

    al ben ik zelf meer van het principe: wil je sterker worden op een lift, dan moet je de lift vaker doen.

    Wow pindakaas is nog verdomme lekker ook.
    Vandaag een paar combinaties geprobeerd:
    broodje pindakaas. oke, lekker.
    broodje pindakaas+jam. lekkerder
    broodje pindakaas+nutella. HNNNNG
    in4more, kan ook niet wachten om met sambal te proberen, maar dat is iets voor morgen.

    OJA ik eet nu appel met pindakaas, ook best wel HNNNG

    Tfw 2dejaars, tfw 9-1, 1-3 college, 3-4 honours meeting, 5-6 tutoraat (uwotm8).

    Aangezien ik nog steeds met wat vet kamp wilde ik wat leukere cardio proberen, heb vandaag naast zwaar liften tussen de setjes door, in plaats van rusten 1 minuut lang op zo'n verhoogd bankje steps gedaan, gewoon op en af. Was zeer intense workout maar voel me er super goed over. Toch op die manier ruim 20 minuutjes op hoge intensiteit gecardio'd. Mijn joggingbroek was 50 tinten grijs doorweekt. kthxbye
