Posted in the Rant, negged for it and survived crew checking in. As a sometime reader of the Rant, the threat of a neg would never keep me from posting if I felt I had something worthwhile to add. But I am not a gamer, love sports but couldn't care less about fantasy, know nothing about F1 and little about cars, have an Iphone but see no need for IOS/android discussion, and not much of a foodie, so I don't post often. With that being said there is often intelligent, adult conversation in here that can't be found elsewhere on this site; I read what interests me and skip what doesn't. Hope it continues.

It's ALWAYS 5 o'clock somewhere. This has been a Jimmy Buffett report.
You need to get your electrolytes back in order to feel better. Gatorade, tomato juice or pedialyte will do just that. As for the allergies, do saline rinses morning and night this time of year to get rid of the ragweed pollen, otherwise I'd gnaw the end off a fukn shotgun.
We need to go out and get pissed sometime, those are the only 2 species of beer I drink.

Squats day again.
Managed 315 last week with some struggle.
325 went up easier today. May throw on 345 just to see if I can get a consistent 30lb increase going across all sets from last week.

The Germans have always had a diabolical streak in them when it comes to their machine's repairability. Krautcars should have a sticker under the hood that says: "Abandon hope, all ye who enter here with tools, and a schedule to keep."

Cards Against Humanity is awesome. First played apple to apple with my family and thought this could be fun with alcohol and then had a friend tell me about Cards againt Humanity. Have played it a couple time to include once while in Arizona at the bar with about 8 of us.
How was Thai Thai, GF? I got picked up from the airport and turns out the friend I was staying with lived in Ashburn. No matter really, a I was exhausted after not going to sleep Friday night and I passed out a couple of time.-

ALWAYS good when Bay's mom is cooking. I had to pick up some more salt for the reef tank and a new LED light I found on Craigslist down there as well. While you're in town, we'll have to go there and have dinner one night, she even sells booze ya fukn alkie!
Your body is telling you what it needs. The apprehension about flying depletes electrolytes.

I did this with my toe once, and got a growth spurt coming out of the bone at a 45 degree angle.
i drink a lot of Smart Water lately. I was about to post about electrolytes right before I saw your last post. I'm not too sure that electrolytes are not good for you.

Not sure. It's not the one I had reconstructed, it's supposed to be the good one. I have a feeling it's arthritis. It doesn't bother me when squatting or anything else, it just appears out of nowhere once in a while, and is painful to the touch and painful to walk when I first get out of a chair/couch etc.
Damn! What did I miss! I'm not the one in poop for once!I remove my shirt to poop crew
