I just logged back on my account for the first time in a while. Stunned on the progress I actually made between 3 yrs. I didn't even really realize it
The later pic, I was 18, About 16-18% BF, and 168-170 lbs.
The earlier, Is from about 2 wks ago. I am 21. 146lbs and unsure on bf % (hopefully I can get a good estimate from someone haha)
The journey so far was complete hell and complete fun. I went and still am going through a lot in my life, mainly with my emotions and thoughts about things, and looking good/being athletic ect, was always one top priority and goal for me. I just have a "perfectionist" personality and it has affected multiple aspects of my life. But things are looking up lately and I am working on improving not just my physique, but my overall life and well being.
I am more so doing this because of motivation and comfort to others who have a strong passion for not only bodybuilding, looking good, playing sports at a high level ect, but for anything they want to do in life, and sometimes feel like giving up, or lost, or putting yourself down or w.e it may be. Because I was their. But take my word when I tell you, do not ever stop. Do not ever stop. Do not ever stop. Educate yourself, see yourself completing your goals, visualize it, and execute. No matter what. Trust in yourself, believe in yourself, and work harder then everyone. Everyone. Be the best. All the hard times and struggling you come upon in your journey, know that the strong survive in this world. The successful beat the troubles they face, no matter how long or short it takes or how many times they fail. Thats what makes a winner. A leader. A successful human being. No feeling lasts forever. No hardships last forever. They all pass, come and go. See your goal at the end of the road, and get there. Nobody can stop you. Love yourself, and be the successful person you know you can be.
Thank you for reading this if you took the time. Good luck with your own journey (w.e it may be), god bless and stay tall.
PS: any questions feel free to ask, and yes, im still striving to look the absolute best I can. Considering doing an NPC show in 2014.
