It's a simple process. The concentration of nutrients inside the vegetable is higher than the concentration of nutrients in the water. The nutrients diffuse into the water, and the water diffuses into the cucumber. Not all of the nutrients diffuse, just until there is a roughly equal concentration. So you would still get more nutrients by just eating the cucumber, but this really helps take the edge out of drinking boring old water.

Slice some thick cucumber and eat it, srs, i cut up some cucumber the other day and reached well over 100g and it took me no time to eat it. Even if you dont like cucumber it will be quick and painless and worth the vitamins and ****

I just eat the cucumber... if you want to make a basic, yummy salad then just toss some chopped cucumber with olive oil, a little bit of a salt, and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Add in chopped tomato if you like that kinda thing. Nom nom nom

That being said, I've had cucumber infused drinks and it works pretty well. Creates a nice summery/refreshing taste.

Pretty misleading nutritional advice because all those benefits you listed would only be beneficial if you consumed a good amount, drinking cucumber flavored water ain't gonna help you

Four seasons has a pitcher of cucumber water and a pitcher of orange water sitting in their spas. The cucumber water is definitely more refreshing and a nicer (although subtle) taste. I've been hooked ever since I tried it.

you should juice cuccumbers with apples and celery... juice of the gods, not a ton of sugar, great flavor.... i typically go 1 cuccumber, 1 apple, 4-5 celery sticks

add 1 slice of cuccumber per 120 ML water... you need to alternate adding them, so as you slowly add water, you add a slice of cuccumber... each slice of cuccumber should be no more than 15 grams

Doesn't it just taste like celery? Tried to make a vegetable juice one time with like 6 different things including one or two sticks of celery and that ended up overpowering everything else.
