Take either one , but remember taking high amounts of both is definitely not a case of extra synergy. Flax is not my favorite but is fine , just remember omega 3s are essentially inhibitory type fatty acids that your body needs to make its physiology work right (long story...............). To much "inhibitory" and even Udo Erasmus (one guy who has pioneered) says you'll get EFA deficiemcy symptoms (inability to grow and maintain parts of your body-skin, stomach, etc)
