I arm wrestled a guy, and injured my bicep near elbow, it hurts when I press it, and it hurts when I am lifting, but just for first rep or two so what kind of injury is it? It is not swole there is no bruise or anything is it possible that I simply stretched it, and should I keep working out or wait until it is heald and how long will it take to heal?
