    Talking Exercises for busy mum of 3

    Hiya I woke up this morning and rolled out of bed. I looked in the mirror and was disgusted with what I saw yet again. I want to change it! Gym time is not something I have often as I am a single parent of 3 and I work 40hrs a week!
    Budget is tight so PT and Gym subscriptions are a no go at the moment!

    Can someone recommend an exercise programme for me that can be done at home?

    Hiya Justin ideally I would like to be 6 stone lighter I think I am 19.5 stones and I am 5ft 7!!

    Hi! I think starting off with a clean diet and walking/biking/swimming daily is great.
    Maybe try a program like T25 (video and easily adjustable)

    Maybe you can also get some cheaper weights and get to lifting to strengthen your muscles!
    Hopefully someone will link you to the calories thread good luck!
    Stay at home mom to 4 kids. Trying to get fit for myself!
    30.2 lbs down less than 10 to go!
