Aparently I need a fair amount of fat as a teenager for hormones and I need 1.5g protein per lbs of body mass. But not sure on carbs
I'm 163lbs 12%bf and 6 foot and 15 years old. How much protein fat and carbs should I try and hit? I use my fitness pal and I'm trying to eat 2500 calories a day as that's 100 under maintenance

You have "puffy nipples" because -- as your profile photo shows -- you have nearly zero chest muscle mass, and even the thinnest layer of fat is covering up what tiny bit of muscle you have. Add'l cutting won't improve this condition, and is headed the opposite of a constructive direction. Build some muscle, to increase your lean:fat composition. Sandwich surplus and bench press, bro'.

Okay okay I won't cut, I'm going to start eating my maintenance calories (2650) and my puffy nipples are getting in the way of my selfasteam and confidence! What do you guys suggest me to be doing? To gain muscle and not fat? I've heard it's possible being a beginner, sorry if I sound like a idiot but I need help

Was there anything that you implemented, from your earlier Puffy Nipples thread here in May? It was pretty much the same: gain muscle, don't cut, quit using a 5-day split, don't focus on cardio/fat loss etc... Pick a decent routine, suitable for your level. Eat a surplus to build. This list has plenty of routines/good nutrition info: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=151032123

Bulk while you're young. Eat and lift heavy. Those puffy nipples will go away when you have decent size pecs.
