Same. I took my car to shytylube one time and they popped the hood on my car. Look to find my engine, but only see a battery. They just undid my windshield resevoir and I said, "da fuq you doing?!"
Tech looks confused and tried to explain himself. Pops the trunk next and looks defeated. I pop the engine cover and he asks "where is your engine?" I said "the middle."
He continues to look befuddled and after this I decided never again. Car is mid engine, not hard to tell and tech acted like it was the most insane thing he'd ever heard of.

One benefit of living in a chitty cold climate is the garages around here have waste oil heaters. So any local garage will accept your old oil and thank you for it.
Pick it up at walmart when im getting my food for the week, brah. They sell the same Motorcraft parts the Ford dealership will sell you.
