    weird middle back pain

kind of long story, ill do a summary. i was doign squats and kind of lost my balance, my back abosrbed a lot of the weigth so i wouldnt fall, didnt feel good but i didnt feel any jolts or anything, but my back was defnitly tight. been about a month since then and i havent lifted because ive had a weird pain that seems to come when i sit certain ways and when i wash the dishes, so it must be some sort of motion im doing. its a very minor pain, its in my left middle back probly half way down, definitly not my lower back. and the right side is fine. its defnitly not in my spine and i have full range of motion, its definitly directly in the muscle, im trying to avoid going to a specialist as it seems like something very small, any suggestions?

Your back muscles take longer to heal than any other muscle group. Give it some time to rest. Just do exercises that brace your back so that you dont have to use the injured muscle to support yourself. If the pain persists, go see a specialist because your back is something you dont want ****ed up for the rest of your life.

yes thats exactly it, we just have it in different positions, it kind of comes for a second then goes away for a second. it is more of a discomfort than a pain, almost feels sort of like sort of a burn? its rly hard to describe
