You're a beast for working out that early! My whole body is sore and achy in the morning. I feel like I need into the afternoon for my body to loosen up and be ready to rock. I work out in the mid-morning in Saturdays and its usually not nearly as great of a session as in the afternoon.
Keep it up dude! Looking good in the pic, just keep grinding and the fat will continue to melt away.*SCC*

I'm doing 2 LIV in the morning and 1 after lunch. It's keeping me from being hungry until lunch (sometimes have to force myself to eat bc still no appetite) but I have noticed that by dinner I'm typically hungry. However, I also work out in the afternoon/night so it's not surprising that my hunger would be there after all that activity. Sounds like you're in a similar situation.

Had a great leg day but after standing all day and up and down scaffolding my legs feel numb and will for sure be sore tomorrow but that wont stop me from doin hiit/abs tomorrow
I don't have any food pics because it wasn't too exciting tonight...bakedchicken,sweet potato,cottage cheese and veggies.....dessert was 2 servings cinnamon toast crunch and a serving choc fiber one in 2%milk

cardio/abs day in the books.....30min hiit @ 9-9.5/4.0 total 318 cals with 3 minute warmup b4 and 3 min cool down after
15 minutes of ab work...feel dat burn now chillin til I got to leave for work suppose to be hot today so Imma be sweatin like a mofo....also 2 LIV pills around 7ish then another around 1...will report back this evening HAVE A GOOD DAYI never rep back

Man Did I ever eat bad yesterday....parade candy,pizza,Icecream...ect.......Felt bloated and like sh!t by 10pm but still hit the gym this morning @ 5:30

so ready to switch to lean bulking but Im gonna keep keeping on with the cutting til Im where I wanna be or the summer ends
