Time for a cheat meal and or implementing re-feed days. Sounds like you've been in a calorie deficit for too long, I know because I've been there. Got down to about 10% looked the best I ever have, diet drove me mad went on a huge four day binge jumped from 161 to a 173 over the four days now I look like a puffy bloated mess, not sure how long its going to take me to get to 161 again before i reverse diet back

Would it be considered cheating if I subtracted the weight of the near gallon of water I've consumed in the last 2 hours when I weigh myself later today? Woke up this morning looking leaner than I've been in months, about 5 weeks into my cut. Keeping pace at ~1-1.5 lbs per week. Slow cut is slow, but it's working.
