Bulked up to 195lbs but I just started cutting to. 5 days deep haha.

I got up to 226 and have a beach trip mid-August that just kind of appeared out of nowhere (Perdido Key, if any of you brahs live near there)--so decided to do a hellish 4-6 week cut. I'm doing some extreme calorie restricting with about 1 cheat meal of whatever I want per week to keep the metabolism rolling. I feel miserable tbh, but I'm weighing in about 212 right now (week 4 of the cut). I'm hoping to end up about 200-205 and then just maintain until the trip is over.
On the bright side, it'll set me up to be lean enough to probably hit mid 230s before I cut again.
I plan on competing again in 2014, provided I feel comfortable enough to take the MCAT early summer 2014. If I don't feel comfortable, there'll be no competing in 2014 and summer will become one hellish study session.
Still drinking my carton of egg whites a day LOL. Finally got all my parts in to rebuild my engine, so I'm diving into that this summer as well and hope to finish before school starts up again.Use coupon code BEARD for 5% off your order at truenutrition.com

Not in September, decided I really didn't want to do "fitness model" division - the whole thing is basically judged on hair/makeup/outfits/how sexual you come across etc etc (literally, its in the guidelines, haha)..
That's not really my interest at all, I want to do figure, which is where you actually pose in BB poses (just open hands) and get judged on symmetry and conditioning etc - so going to bulk and train my ass off for the next few months and get as much LBM as possible, then hopefully compete (and hopefully do well) in figure in May comps

You're gonna be huge for your next competition that's for sure lol. Goodluck with the MCAT's to man, wish i didn't goof of when I first went to uni haha coulda done something epic to.
Majoring in Sportscience at the moment and my second majors either biosci/biomed or nutrition, something along those lines. It's pretty interesting learning about the body. (Genetics was a bish btw..... not as fun as you said it would be lol). Microbiology was pretty cool and biochem was toughhhhh. Killed it on Human Anatomy though cos I'm naturally a supple leopardNext semesters pretty stacked though...

Hey man I turn 28 this year and I'm only a sophomore. I goofed when I was 17 but that's ok.
You really didn't like genetics? LOL...sorry man. I loved it, the most interesting biology class to me (but our teacher taught everything from recent science journal PDFs since genetics is constantly changing).
