It will come back, trust me. Just got to hang in there, it is frustrating as hell but as they say, baby steps to start out. Be patient, which sucks but got to be patient.

I personally would have preferred the Celts to pull that one out. Never been a Pistons fan.

yeah its looking gross down there but I am going to try and do my exercises today twice and hope it gets a bit easier...I am a long time pistons fan since my days of being isiah in my background basketball hoop

its pretty tough...things like stretching, bending, and squeezing have become difficult and its depressing

that sucks...All I can say is stay up.I know its easier said then done but you got to keep positive when starting from square one. You got to crawl beofre you can walk and walk before you can run, You can do it.

Has it improved since monday? If yes, then there you go you know your on track!

yeah it has the swelling has went down and the pain is a lot better...bro i would like to thank you for hitting me up on this thread its meant a lot to hear people pushing for me

yeah still alive...did my PT 3 times yesterday and seems to be working. The pain is lower today which I am excited. Thank you for asking

keep up with your PT....it's annoying but it's the only way you will get better!

In for the reps for chatting...lol, jk. Hope things go speedily for you. I don't know much about injuries/recovery as the only things I've ever dealt with were a shoulder problem that I rehabbed by being a lazy bum for a while, and a bunch of twisted ankles during my basketball years.

Well, I know what you are going through. I'm a baseball player...I play at a junior college in Oregon right now but I will be transferring to a division one school next year (hopefully WSU or Oregon) But back to subject, I had elbow surgery last summer. I know what you're going through with the rehab thing. It sucks. And more than anything pisses you off to not be in the weight room. But soon enough you will be back to where you were. You honestly will probably come out stronger. Good luck sir. And reading above....No, it's not cool that the Pistons beat the Celts.
