What is the best way to make your biceps/triceps bigger? Mine are cut but not big. What is the best workout to get my arms bigger?

Normal people who work out their entire body has more lower body strength than vise versa. That's just normal.

For your arms, I could tell you that there is nothing better than extra calories in your diet. Without it, you'll never see your arms grow.

I trained on and off for three years and then just last year I started to see my arms grow. Reason? I ate my ass off and worked out like a crazy man.

    Exercises I would recommend...

    Standing Barbell curl.
    Incline hammer curl. Love 'em.
Dips with your elbows as close to your body as possible.
Triceps extension should be one of your staples.

    =_=

the way to achieve more thickness is doing many sets of low reps... for my sets i usually will do 5 sets of 6 reps (doing 3 exercises on biceps and 3 exercises on triceps) you constantly want to mix up the exercises and throw some new ones in every once in a while to keep the muscles guessing...also try to progress in the weight you are lifting every fiew weeks because if you can do more weight then you are building muscle...

If you are referring to the cable ext you are r-e-t-a-r-d-e-d.
warmup and hit 3-4 sets on your first lift and 2-3 sets on your second(and third if you have one), if your intensity is where it should that will be plenty.

Triceps- Decline CG, Cg, dips(bench and parallel bar)
Biceps(shuold be the last muscle you worry about)- BB curls, preacher curls, hammer curls.

    Uh huh.

Try to tell me most people just ignore tricep extensions.

This exercise stresses the entire triceps muscle complex, particularly the outer and medial heads.

You did know that I said "ONE of your staples."

If you didn't, go learn to read f***tard.

probably the only way you can make your arms grow is to gain weight. to gain weight you must eat above your maintenence calories. and train your triceps, biceps, and forearms. but dont forget every other part of your body. as you gain weight your arms will grow in proportion with your other muscles
train like a powerlifter, eat like a bodybuilder...
