Totally agree 100%, but like I said on this issue I have addressed it to the best of my ability.
some of the "bashers" won't accept any answer I give, but some of the companies they ride gave the same if not less into the issue and that was enough for them.

Generally speaking, I really try to get my entire daily value of protein through my natural diet each and every day, and simply supplement with protein powders if necessary. I guess for various reasons a lot of people have trouble doing that (I realize I only weigh 160 pounds, and my protein requirements are much lower than someone who is 250 pounds... but then so are my total caloric requirements...).
Anyway, I purchased Phase8 after receiving a free sample because, well it did taste so good. I have drank Phase8 as a straight up alternative to eating some cookies at night, heh. Based on the label, and blend, I highly doubt there are any protein sources in there that will still be being digest 8 hours later, and I don't think it beats straight up ON Casein if you're looking for the slowest digesting protein powder source, but it's good stuff.
If you're looking for the fastest possible digesting protein source, it's not the one... if you're looking for the slowest possible digesting source, it's not the one.. but if you're just looking for something tasty to supplement your protein needs at any time of the day, it's certainly a tasty option. If you're truly concerned with the exact number of grams of usable protein in there, under-estimate .Just trying to be helpful. You want something? Go get it.

Did the reps ever address why some tubs/batches tasted and felt like sand? I keep seeing them direct to customer service, but I think this should be addressed and explained publicly, since it was asked on the forum.
I don't want a free tub, but I would like an expanation of what I actually consumed, please.*SCC*

I'm gonna chime in that I love the taste as well of vanilla, but the sweeteners started triggering migraines so it looks like i'll have to look for something natural... too bad, because i was so happy with the taste =/
The tubs I received were both super grainy... I've never taken a powder with casein before so I just assumed that's how it was, lol

Glad you started reading at post #74, will you be going back to respond to earlier posts such as #69?
I was giving the benefit of the doubt to the MT reps in the other thread, but when everyone was saying they're good bros and have turned over a new leaf I was skeptical to say the least. Their continued ignoring of the situation is rapidly confirming my initial opinion.*SCC*

As did I. Dat der celltech and the Hydroxycut sold at Walgreens, etc. really turned me off of MuscleTech. But with the Performance Series line of products, at least IMO, they've done a complete 180. Fully disclosed ingredients, no prop blends, and great tasting products really get me to gravitate to that series. Haven't tried them all, but I do give lots of respect to a company for seemingly listening to the community and changing their game.

You are completely missing the point im making..
Muscletech are scamming the sh!t outta you naive deluded guys, they're laughing straight to the bank..
They made the flavor taste so good so people keep buying their product cause most are too stupid to actually look and see whats in the tub,YOU'RE PAYING FOR PROTEIN NOT SOME KOOL AID, if you're just after taste and dont care whats actually in the product then by all means do as you please, there is a reason why the bogo deal is on for so long, use your brain and you might understand.

I know you don't, and I don't blame you personally. But that other thread is weeks old, and the only response was being directed to customer quality or whatever. I don't want free stuff or whatever like I said, but I would like to know what the deal is.
And I hold the company responsible for having the reps continue right on pimping while the company ignores the issue. It is in bad taste to say, "hey our reps are available to respond to any positive feedback you might have, but any concerns or problems are simply going to be ignored until you eventually give up and go away."
I'm sure the reps are stand up guys. The company is just proving that it is the same old MT that has no respect for the forum or its users and views it only as a marketing opportunity to be exploited at any cost. If you want to advertise without questioning, stick to magazine ads and expo booths.*SCC*

Did you lose a loved one to MuscleTech or something? I'm trying to figure out why you're so butthurt over them... if people don't mind maltodextrin, then why should you care? Personally, I could care less about it. There's not much of it in there, and it seems to be making it taste great. It's an artificial sweetner, big deal. It doesn't negatively affect me, and I'm sure most people are the same, hence people keep buying it.
By your logic, anytime something goes on sale, it's subpar? brb, Orange Triad is always on sale somewhere, so it must be the worst multi out there...
How does that logic fly in other retail areas, let alone supps?May 2004 - 225 lbs.

Excellent point! Very well said, it's truley looking like this muscletech is the same old muscletech that we all remember. Not trying to pick on the reps as they seem to be trying to get the answers that we have been asking for. I really hope that muscletech doesn't ignore aaronuconn's email and I hope he can share the lulz that he gets in response from corporate for us all to see.

i believe i told you to pm MuscleTechJake and he will have our quality department follow up on the issue.
I do not believe you ever pm'd him.
You act as if we are the first company that has a sandy batch of protein...
it happens and when we findout we pull the batch, it has literally happened to most of the companies i have seen on here.
Sometimes during the processing process something happened and the batch is not normal, if we don't catch it we obviously want you to voice your concern.
If you purchased it from a retailer like bodybuilding.com you need to contact them.
You think they just take a hit? No they send that batch back to us for the money.
I have tried to address your issue multiple times as well as explain it as basic as i can...
What more do you want?
If you buy it from bb.com then bb.com gives you the refund, We then refund them.
that's business 101 bro.... come on...Last edited by BlueRev; 06-04-2013 at 09:28 PM.

If getting my $40 or whatever the cost was back was my goal, I would certainly do that. But I really don't care about the money, so I have no interest in PMing Jake from Statefarm, or finding out what he's wearing (he sounds hideous by the way).
This isn't about appeasing me because I'm a squeaky wheel. If MT wants to promote and be a contributor to the forum, they should treat its users with respect, openness, and honesty. No PMs needed, no offers of products or refunds, just an answer is what I'm after.
Thanks for your response, try not to take it so personal. You seem angry with me and personally invested. I don't hold you responsible, and you don't really have any personal stake in the company, so I think we should be friends.*SCC*
