I once experimented doing 1 set of each exercise in the morning, then eating.
Doing the 2nd sets hours later, then eating
And doing the 3rd sets later again before eating and going to bed.
Didn't work. Lifted big in the morning and got weaker as the day went on. Did it for a week out of curiosity and it didn't get any better.
