    Any thoughts on Hwa Rang Do? Curious to start martial arts and another expert recommended Taekwondo. Does a really great website (content not appearance) say a lot about a school?

    knee surgery last june, and broke my foot due to being tee boned at 60 by a soccer mom not paying attention, the pain is always there, some days worse some days better

    L1 L2 herniated discs a few years ago, never hurt enough to get surgery, hurt now and then and my right leg goes numb all the time

    Currently lower back. Overcompensating for that has caused a snowball effect on upper back, elbows, biceps, you name it. Torn right RC from years ago. Bad popping knees from catching many years in baseball. oh and a lot of sand in my va-jayjay!
