Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Too much chatter on this page and not enough protein concoctions! Allow me to get things back on track with a couple of my latest microwave cakes/divine indulgences.
Peach Mango Trutein cake with Fruitful O's and Honey Nut Cheerios Medley Crunch:
Chocolate PB Cup Trutein cake with PB Toast Crunch and Chocolate Cheerios:
On a side note, I picked up a bag of these Snackimals earlier this week and they receive my recommendation for a sludge bowl addition. They are delightful cookies.

One thing I love about having sludge as my last meal is that you can pretty much fill up the mix-ins to get yourself to whatever calorie level you need.
---> One thing I hate about having sludge as my last meal as that the above sometimes causes me to skimp on good, nutrient dense sources of carbs/fats earlier in the day in order to leave room for more mix-ins

I don't keep up with the MEN thread so I just threw them in here.
Yeah potato camera on my mac isn't the greatest but it's quick and gets the job done. In the end, picture aesthetics aren't a huge deal to me. Make it, take a pic, post, and eat. Can't be bothered with angles and lighting and all that crap. hahaB.S. Exercise Science

Maybe you should invest in reading the MEN or the first post in the thread.
I came in to see sludge not loaves, or else i would post all my protein creations in here too and flood a storm.
like bread pudding with sludge, but its not really a "Sludge" per say due to it being a baked good
or using sludge as a filling for a baked good (Small Cookies and stuffed with sludge:
