Yeah, that's proats, overnight oats or overnight proats is where you'll make your oats with a little extra liquid and let it sit overnight in your fridge so your oats soak up more liquid and become more volumous. You can have them cold or heat them up; either way they're a little different texture-wise than regular run-of-the-mill oats, but worth the prep and wait. Just make sure you can fall asleep knowing you've got some overnight proats waiting for you in the morning

You can also add yogurt to make them creamier or microwave your proats and then refrigerate them. Basically makes them as thick as spackling paste. I've broken my fair share of plastic spoons at college trying to mix or eat them. haha
Too soupy imo...B.S. Exercise Science

Not your traditional proats, exactly - no protein powder, but a Quest Bar instead.

I'm not a huge fan of overnight oats compared to proats because I prefer the warmth, but they are worth a shot. Overnight oats can get more flavorful.iSatori MAXON Powerbuilding Log:

Gotcha covered bro,
1 can Goya black beans drained. The 15oz
1 or 2 scoops protein sup of choice.
5-6 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup honey, or sf syrup
2 tbsp vanilla extract
6tbsp cocoa powder of choice
(Optional xanthan gum 1/2 tbsp)
(Optional Splenda to liking, I don't use it)
Blender until liquified batter, then pour into a cooking dish. I've used cake pans, basic brownie sized dishes etc. All works.
Preheat oven to 325 and bake for like 35-40 minutes. Depending on your oven and what type of dish you use to bake in just pull it out and use a toothpick to judge consistency. It can come out a little moist and that's ok.
The longer you let it sit the more fudgier it becomes. Remember that.
Macros are killer for it and you be getting that fiber homie.

Woe ever tried Intrapro double chocolate in sludge? it isnt the best for proats but it makes extremely thick sludge that tastes exactly identical to cake icing i used to make with Cadburies hot chocolate powder and icing sugar. Like crazily similar. Wont be having proats for a while haha.

Sweet Potato Cake topped with Melted Marshmallows
Got this recipe from www.proteinpow.com.
Despite the unconventional shape, it turned out pretty good and was quite 'cake like'.
