    Switching from BB to Powerlifting

Hello, I've decided to start training mainly for strength now since I've been training bodybuilding style for 1 year now, and my main compound lifts are pretty much stalling. So could you guys help me, how to train for strength? How should work my DB Chest Press from 4 x 12 with 22.5 kg to 4 x 12 with 25kg?

    Thank you!

Basically start again. The strength and muscle mass you've managed to gain so far will help you out, though I can't help thinking that there might not be much of either.

So... start from scratch, really. Nail your form down hard, especially for barbell squat, flat barbell bench, and barbell deadlift. And follow a solid beginner's program for at least 6 months; probably more. Until you've milked n00b gains for all they're worth.

And naturally, as stated above (twice now), EAT LOTS OF FOOD. Protein in abundance, yes, but also just a farkload of food. Every single day.

    This. When I was 17, I was probably like 5'8" 135 lbs. Even at 21, I was like 5'10" 155 lbs.

    Any opinions on this?
I was considering starting my every compound movement day for example chest day, with heavy bench 4 sets of 4 reps and then continue with normal bb stuff.
Let's say I bench 4 sets of 4 reps with 70kg, how should I progress from that to the next time I train chest / bench again?

Did you even look at the first response Arian posted?
It has plenty of proven pre-programmed routines that will get you stronger.
Get on one, follow it, eat right, lift big and get strong.
