365lb deadlift (no more oly plates at my house, but confident that IS my max b/c it was so hard to lock out)
I'm on the 5x5 right now and hope to get 405 after 2 months of training (5lbs a week). Btw this is my first time doing a strenght style of program. I was on bb'er program for 1.5 years.Last edited by Russian47D; 07-12-2006 at 04:36 PM.

Belt and chalk
Did that last Saturday. It was my first pull over 600, and it came up smooth with perfect form.
Trying to work up to the 7-plater before I hit another meet.6' 260lbs
Squat: 270 Kg(595 lbs)
Bench: 165 Kg(364 lbs)
Dead: 245 Kg(540 lbs)
Total: 680 Kg(1499 lbs)
'06 Goals:
300, 200, 300 for an 800kg total
Get back to 242lb class

Pulled 563 lbs RAW @ 198 lbs easily in a state meet, had 585 lbs on my knees ( in the gym) but I was shaking badly and the bar hit me in right knee cap trewing me off , I belive my max is in the 580`s in comp .
Have the video if you havent seen it I can post the 563 lb pull .
I `m 5'11 200 lbs right now .5'11 @ 220lbs.

I just put my new suit on ,I feel I can pull some 70 lbs more wearing it , but that `s what I FELT when I went down on it , it pulls you straight back !
5'11 @ 220lbs.
