I've been going to one of my bestfriends girlfriends house a lot lately since ive been hooking up with her bestfriend and we all just end up hanging out together... And my bestfriends girlfriend's sister and mom told his girlfriend to ask me what my diet is and I've only met them twice... And I thought you couldn't even tell im that skinny with clothes on, da fuk, they didn't even know me before I started my cut so they have no way to really tell I lost so much weight... Well I did send progress pics to his girlfriend before in a groupchat but I doubt she showed her mom pics of me half naked flexing

However often it takes. Most days I eat three meals, but fast in the morning (IF diet because my two little ones keep me too tied up). There are days, like today, where I will eat 4 times though. I make sure my biggest meal is first, so that I know what I need for the rest of the day.

Noob question coming trough: How do you progress on 5 x 5 ? Let's say you bench 5 sets 5 reps with 80kg, what are you gonna do next bench workout? Surely you can't hit 82.5 5 x 5? How do you progress?
