Macenko is actually a workout made to build strength, when you follow it, it should add 20-25lbs to your 1RM benchpress

4.5 weeks out for me, totally on track according to the coach.... Feeling huge on my end though. Really not adjusting to being "bigger". Although benching a plate this close to a show feels pretty sweet

Haha yeah, you have quite a bit of time on me. Back in the winter I was training, but had to stop due to some presonal reason.
Now I'm on week 3 of my new program. Getting back on the meal plan my previous trainer set me up with and figured I'd give some work out stacks a shot, I know they're not needed, but at the same time they could help.
Hit the bench press today before work for 4 sets of 10 at 50lbs. I know it doesn't seem like much but I feel pretty damn proud of it hahaha
