No, you aren't right. Estrogen isn't the only cause of water retention(not to mention, it's more than just water, it's a balancing act between glycogen, hydration, and electrolytes), but even if it was then just crashing your estrogen isn't going to just dry you to the bone and it will generally have other negatives such as flatness.
Lesson today, most people arguing on the internet don't really have any knowledge about what they are talking about and just parrot what they've heard.

lol @ it being harder to get shredded on gear
son... SON...
must be natty if you're that fukkin retarded SideFX or the drugs are getting to your head
Anyways you people need to stop nitpicking one statement and picking it apart as if it holds no merit whereas the entire video as a whole should be commented on...
He's just saying all of these factors together, they're most likely not natural...
And like his comparison, genetically elite vs "natty"
SideFx is way more conditioned and bigger than a former Mr Olympia, on whatever gear they could get their hands on back then
just lol... why even bother lying? Just don't answer the question.
so insecure that you gear..then lie about it so people praise you because of what you've achieved, soooo insecure man..."If death is victory; how afraid of life can we be?"

^this
^and this
The "tren look" is called that for a reason because you can't get it naturally. And try looking like andreas munzer without using gear and diuretics. One of the videos main points revolved around how you can tell if somebody is not natty because they can be shredding off bodyfat quickly but still retain that abnormally full look to their muscles.
I have not used but do not really respect the cell tech knowledge of the average user any more than my knowledge as it seems like half the guys that jump on haven't even learnt how to lift and eat properly and probably had the majority of the components to their bicycle selected for them.Training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=158508133&pagenumber=

Lol this is till going? And who jump in to defend the fake natties
Dream on, lol

Who is discrediting it? Hormones make things possible that aren't. They give you more leeway, they allow for crappier training and diet. Hormones are bodybuilding. Period. Yet, they also add in many more factors to control when specifically drying out for a competition. Talk to any real hormone user, they will tell you this.

And this people is what is wrong with all of you. Why is SideFX's comment wrong? He is absolutely correct in his statements. What is your knowledge to reject that claim? Nothing? That's what I thought- hence you had to resort to that type of sh*t.
If we all obeyed societies preconceptions of what is possible, we wouldn't be where we are today. How is this any different with Natural Bodybuilding? Push the boundaries guys, reach for the stars. You will gain so much fulfillment from doing so and confidence in your own abilities.
Do not place mental blocks on yourself, be honest with yourself and look inwards and you will find it is your own short-comings that make you so angry and ignorant.*Advanced 5/3/1 lifts, aiming for Elite*

i believe a big part of the reason guys today in the IFBB dont have that crisp condition and insane striations is due to the massive use of GH/slin/ IGF and there are a few old pros who think things like the use of peptides nowadays plays a big role in why these guys can have striated glutes but still dont have that grainy look, eg: 2003 ronnie vs 1998 ronnie, striated glutes in both but still looks soft in 2003 compared to '98:

I have used gear. But it seems like I always read on here how you still have to work as hard, if not harder (lol) and how it's a wasted cycle if you don't eat clean the entire time, blah blah. Which is all bullsh*t and you and I both know its true whether you want to admit it or not. The two biggest guys in my gym (biggest who actually look good, not powerlifting kunts) both eat fast food and ice cream often (one of them eats Oreos for breakfast regularly) and both have mediocre training methods and the reason they are so big and lean is the drugs.
As far as being "contest dry", idk never been there. But I can tell you that I could do the same thing I'm doing now (diet and training regiment) and start a Prop/Tren cycle and look 10x dryer.

lol... it's useless bro, people just talk like parrots out of their ass, regurgitating what they heard someone say without the slightest clue of what is actually true. I'd like to see any one of these idiots ride a strong bike, and get striated glutes without hopping off. Heck I'd consider what they had to say if any of them had ever in their entire life had that level of conditioning natty or not. Until then, this is honestly like a bunch of grade 5 baseball players trying to tell a Division I team which type of pitch is easiest to hit, and then throwing a tantrum when the college players explain to them that they're wrong.

Haters can't be reasoned with brah. They resort to personal insults because they don't have a shred of scientific knowledge or a lot of high-level experience to be able to have an informed discussion about the subject. Some people's reasoning is "because I said so" or because "my friend said so" and you just gotta laugh it off.

To make this as simple as possible to understand. With the assistance of steroids you will lose fat faster, you will get shredded faster. Not all steroids cause water retention. The problem is you have to make sure everything is done perfect. Naturals don't have as much to think about days before their contest. They get shredded and make sure they nail their poses. With non-naturals they need to think what compound to use up until there a few weeks out, and what compound doesn't cause water retention, while timing certain injections right and making sure they look as full and dry as possible when stepping on stage. When a non-naturals a few days away from stepping on stage and is storing a little bit of water from a compound there on they need to know how to make adjustments. In no way am I saying its harder for non-naturals when competing, just that it's a whole different game.

SideFX,
yeah but we're not talking about people on AAS getting dry. Pharma diuretics and other cutting/fatloss "agents" are contributing to the dry look, all of which is still considered natty.
Do people still think they're natty if they take fatloss drugs but no anabolics?? Hell even AI's would give a slight advantage when at contest bodyfat, are you saying it wouldn't? Given all things being equal.
