Considering Norway has way lower crime rates than us and wastes billions less on corrections than we do, it may not be a bad idea. I can guarantee that all you know about Norway's justice system is from the Breivik case. I agree that his sentence is retarded, but it doesn't mean the rest of the system is bad.

Using common sense and logic, going by what people said about this kid BEFORE ANYTHING HAPPENED, it seems plausible that the culprit of this was the Older brother and the younger was coerced into doing what he did.

Im not going to lie man I do think that the older brother probably convinced him to do it and h probably wouldnt have done it without him.
