I totally agree man and I appreciate you bringing me under your shadow of knowledge...I have been training for I dunno ..I think 5 years and I have to do lot of things just to squeeze . 0.01 lb of muscle out of my body and most of the time that chit come out in negative so I loose muscle when I am trying to gain it..it's pretty horrible

yeah i remember that feeling lol. its pretty depressing when you really give it your all and you dont acheive anything, sometimes it feels like you are going backwards. most bodybuilders go through this and you eventually get sick of it and end up taking the plunge.

I look quite healthy. Im 1 metres 80 and 68kg. My bmi is 21% and that's considered skinny. 16% is considered dangerously thin.
But it could be that I don't understand anything of that idiot metric system.

I think the fundamental issue with people like the OP and much wider natural BB community is the way in which they train, recover and eat.

For starters, way too many natural trainers simply and dramatically overtrain. Workout splits suited to someone of test will not be anywhere near ideal for a natural, this leads onto recovery, and being brave to rest so your body can grow and build....

The final being obvious, diet...whether its a lack of caloric surplus, lack of protein to enable the synthesis to be great enough for growth or just a overall lazy diet.

I get insults that I'm on the juice while I'm still natty, consistency is key and genetics too
gained proximatly 22lbs muscle mass in 1.5 year, can provide pic if you want
