I think the lower back skin is mainly because he's carb depleted, it happens to a lot of competitors. Once he fills up, everything will tighter up.
He looks phenomenal, kudos to him and his trainer for their hard work.

And his conditioning rep was damaged a bit by this last Arnold, he didn't look his usual self at that show.
