You want us to help you with your completely unrealistic goal? I admire your dedication in saying you can do w/e you want, but you're setting yourself up for failure. You're young and young egos are strong...I get it...I used to be invincible too at your age.

Bet your friend you can look like Christian Bale in six weeks. That's the only condition: you'll have a body like Christian Bale.
Then stop eating .

Troll you already look like Brad Pitt....you are a strong and beautiful woman. Do it and post pics in 6 weeks...in 4 flexing 6 pack pics
The body doesn't struggle to lose weight...the mind does - keep measurements, keep your sanity.

You could make some excellent improvements in 6 weeks with some very strict diet plans. (18-20lbs in 6 weeks would be a very lofty goal) No way are you going to look ripped Consider this, the average body builder allows 12 weeks for a cut and many prefer 16 before a contest. These are guys who have spent the last 12 months building a ****ton of muscle. They then spend 12-16 weeks meticulously monitoring diet/exercise and fat loss to get ripped. You are untrained and asking to do a much larger fat cut with less muscle mass in half the time. See the problem?

You don't seem to understand; without a significant base of lbm you're not going to look ripped, or even lean. You're going to look very skinny. It's possible to lose a good amount of body fat, and drop a few % in 12 weeks. Entirely possible. But it takes years to build the muscle to look ripped while you're skinny. You can cut to 5% body fat if you want, cut for 20 weeks. It won't make a difference. You need more mass to make it work.

He did it in 6 months, not weeks, and he also had at least a small bit of muscle to start with. But yeah, that video is a great example of what is possible with dedication... and plenty of time still, 6 months is quite a while. Even then, to look like Brad Pitt he'd have to tack another 2 years most likely onto what he already did.

My friend, if you're able to accomplish anything you set your mind to as you say you can, then you would already know what you could accomplish with your body and within what period of time instead of asking complete strangers what you can or cannot do. What the people here are telling you is that it is incredibly unwise to do what you're trying to attempt. There is no doubt, if you starve yourself and do insane amounts of cardio and fat burning exercises, your body will go through a drastic change, but it will be dangerous and unhealthy for you to do so. It may even have long lasting consequences you haven't even considered. A thousand dollars is nowhere near enough for you to do this. Either raise the stakes of the bet or abandon this foolish notion.
