They are just so dangerous bro, sorry got to agree with their judgement on this one. We all know silencers make shooting undetectable to even the sharpest of ears.

Also someone aware me on if I have a stripped lower that I already got from the FFL, can I just build into a Pistol. Or do I have to declare it as a pistol when receiving from the FFL.

The difference between a lightweight and standard profile 16" BCM barrel is 4 oz. So losing the extra inch and a half would probably be another oz or so (hard to say for sure because contour changes obviously).

No you don't have to declare it as a pistol, it should be declared as an "other". You are fine building it as a pistol as long as it has never been barreled as a rifle before. If you want I can dig up the letter for you.

I use walnut. Lizard bedding from petco is the same stuff, only cheaper.

Add a capful of Nufinish (car wax) and tumble for an hour or so to distribute it. A few peices of a USED (make sure its used) dryer sheet will cut down the dust.

Commenting on the politics in education from the last page

The school I'm going to right now is incredibly liberal. It's sickening to sit through my political science class. It's a community college in stlouis city and accepts anyone (literally requires no transcript or test scores).

The school I went to last semester and am going back to is in southern missouri. It's actually pretty conservative, including the teachers. Or the teachers hide their liberal bias since almost all the students are conservative. It's a full university and has mildly selective admissions.

The highschool I went to, very very liberal teachers, but they didnt openly show it as much as college professors.
