Hemavol vs Superpump Max

currently cutting and im looking for a pump based pre workout and i hear these 2 a good,i would like to hear your thoughts on what is best and even if theres another pump based pre workout thats better let me know cheers.

I'd go with Hemavol, and if you want stims with it just by some caffeine tabs. They're real cheap.

if it wasnt solely for pumps and as an overall pre workout what would be best,like if i took hemavol alone would it be good or should i take it with caffeine tabs like someone suggested above?

For strictly pumps, hemavol.

Agreed. SuperPump Max is a good option too, though. Good dose of Citrulline if I recall.

It's perfectly fine to take alone. Some people like to take caffeine with it OR stack it w/a pre-workout that has caffeine in it, like White Flood. It just depends on what you're looking to get out of your pre. If you don't need the extra jazz, then no caffeine is needed.

Hemavol alone is great. It's tossed around as a great pump product...and it is, however that is not all it's good for. I get some great endurance that really shines through on higher volume days; stacking it with stims only enhances a great product imo. Currently stacking it with ErgoPump and loving it.

They are two completely different types of products and Hemavol is good but I would have to say Superpump

Or you can wait a few days and try a completely new pre thats effectively dosed and well priced.

Definitely go with Hemavol, the pumps and endurance are ****ing amazing.

I've used both. Personally if I had to choose between 1 or the other i'd go SPmax.

I do this and love it. Then Compete or SizeOn intra depending on the calories I can afford. Maybe I should stack those, too.

Hemavol by itself is awesome, superpump max is a solid, slightly more mild stim-based pre. could definitely stack them together. I've used this combo in the past (watermelon hemavol and watermelon superpump before they discontinued it, was ah-maze-ing)

one other alternative that would be a more complete pre-workout without stims (not just pumps, but endurance, etc.) would be Body Octane. Solid doses of Citrulline Malate, LCLT, Beta Alanine.

well i drink alot of coffee,i never get a kick from it though haha,im not very stim sensitive had 3 scoops of original jacked and felt nothing,i was just thinking of the caffeine caps for fat loss or would coffee have the same thermogenesis effect

They are all different products. Ritual wont be as cheap as White Flood due to the doses of ingredients. When you add up the cost of the individual ingredients its a damn good deal at normal price

Compare the ingredient labels and see the key ingredients. They do stack together very well, also.

Hemavol is absolutely fantastic for an incredible pump and other ergogenic benefits, and tastes great - if you're looking for energy, throw a 100 count bottle of AllMax caffeine for $4 in the cart (Hemavol contains no stims).

Superpump Max is pretty stellar also, if you're looking for an energy kick and have some extra cash the two would stack well. For killer pumps at a more economical price (for a pre-formulated product), I'll always choose Hemavol hands-down.
