    Lightbulb Recording Cheat Days?

    Hey guys,

I'm on a 12 week cut, already lost a good amount of weight over the past 3 weeks. Just wondering, I record everything I eat with MyFitnessPal, and have a cheatday planned this Thursday (planned for a while).

Should I try and record everything I eat on the meal? Or should I just relax for the evening?

    Thanks a lot!

    JC

I would just record it since it's already a routine for you.

I guess I will have to estimate cals/macros for the meal right?

Just realized the post is called "Cheat Day", should be "Cheat Meal"....

    Thanks a lot mate.

Meant to say Cheat Meal bro! Also, I'm going out for my bro's birthday, and he's paying for a big meal. Just wondering about recording it etc! More concerned about going over my caloric intake for the day etc.

May as well enter it in myfitnesspal if it's just one meal

You'll see what the difference in weight loss is then from the extra calories

If it's not too tedious, count it.
But... I suppose it wouldn't make too much impact if you didn't count - provided you don't go insane.
