And I train 4 hours a week (now) in MMA. Two hours of kickboxing/muay thai and two hours of grappling (BJJ, Judo, wrestling). Occasionally they will use attack scenarios during training, but part of the aspect of training is to anticipate attacks, defend/counter and look for opportunities to capitalize on.

What school do you train at?
I trained at a few different schools in Pittsburgh. One of the instructors is kinda a big name in BJJ in PA(I think)...he's a Team Balance BB.
