I love starting with heavy incline DB's. I had 2 knee surgeries, so I cant use DB's for chest because I cant balance the DB on my lower thigh to give it a bump up yet. Or use my leg to stabalize. sucks...
Do you like going higher reps? I always found the 6-8 range to feel extra juicy. Sometimes heavier to 4-6 reps for the 3rd set. Best I've done though is only the 130's for 6. A guy I spot at the gym does 150's for 10. Yeah, he rides bikes on the daily.
