I worked with a physician who was big and ripped. He was 6ft and 220lbs really lean. He swore by low fat diets. I guess whatever works, but honestly, fats just offer too many good things for us, especially as weight lifters.

Some people do pull it off, but I don't believe they are in an optimal condition for maximal results though, but hey, who am I to judge, right?
