Hey all.
I have NEVER competed in a show before!
Looking to possibly compete in 2014, bulking at the moment. Have been lifting almost 2 years!
Haven't ever cut below 12-13% body fat, hard to know what to expect after I shed the fat!
How do you think I'd look after a loooooong first major cut for a show? (6 months or so cut to hopefully stage ready).
Current stats:
83.4kg (184lbs) @ 176cm (5'9")
Macros:
180g Protein
90g Fat
375g Carbs
(30-40g fiber)
3-4 liters water per day

Calories = ~3000
tracking with MyFitnessPal
Thoughts???

It is hard for me to judge, I have never tried when it comes to someone bulking haha. You definitely made good progress, good mass gains for sure. Taking a stab at bodyfat, I wouldn't put you over 20% probably. I could be way off either way though like I said, usually guess on people that have already cut. Good luck brother.
