Sorry for the delay, I got a bit wrapped up...no more excuses.
One update today, one tomorrow for the final workout and then sunday I'll bump this with some final thoughts and my little "experiment" my first few days off trop xp.
Days 21/22/23
2 days of plenty of rest, then:
Deadlift PR day.
Training fasted, stim break over...took a scoop of max intense to the line (I can't imagine what a "heaping" scoop would do fresh off a stim break) and 4 caps of tropinol xp.
I did my warm up sets and my usual 5/3/1 and worked my way up to add 10lb to my deadlift pr.
It was a little slow off the floor but I kept decent form and smashed it. Rewarded myself (re:too beat to do them) by skipping the accessory sets @ 70% tm.
Opted instead for some good mornings and hypers (alternating plate/barbell), along with some front tuck levers and inverted crunches (almost got stuck here...probably a bad idea to do these last).
Was feeling pretty awesome to add weight to my DL, but that slight strain I had wasn't having the acc sets.
Libido: 7/10 (No noticeable change here)
Aggression/intensity: 10/10 (Total beast, I guess the stims may have had something to do with it)
Pumps: 9/10 (Max int + trop xp stack amazingly well! I'll probably use the combo again for my last workout)
Strength/muscle gains: 9/10 (Deadlift was the only lift I hadn't increased during my run of Trop xp...until today!)
Weight Fluctuations: 8/10 (My diet has been so-so, but I think the slight cheating has helped my lifts. Anywho I'm still 2lb down from the start but looking noticeably leaner...upper abs are popping a bit more than usual, I think I see a new crease developing somewhere in there...poor guy was tucked behind my fall/winter bulk)
Mood: 8/10 (It's a weird feeling being back on caffeine. You'd think I'd be craving it like crazy now that I've had a taste but that wasn't the case.)

Days 24+25 So my last workout was a much needed deload.
No sups besides my last dose of tropinol xp and a 2+liter jug of compete (yeah a jug...that free gift with my hemavol/compete bogothon really paid off!)

Instead of regular OHP I did a clean and press @ 40%/50/60 of my usual OHP and then 5 sets of 10 @ 70%.
I'm trying to work in lifts I don't usually do into my deloads, possibly replacing my usual bbb "extra" main lift sets with the modified version (I'll be adding/replacing front squats, JM presses, and one arm deads/suitcase holds to the other lifts)
Moved on to some light facepulls (deads from the last workout had aggravated that minor rowing motion strain) and hit up some hammer curls and chins until I had a decent pump going.
Solid workout, it was fun pretending to be a crossfit bunny for a day. Even for a deload day there was some nice vein pumping going on.
