This week I've done Biceps, triceps, chest, traps, shoulders, upper and lower back. Been at the gym 3 days this week. Did 45 mins of cardio too. Today is legs, but my lower back feels a bit battered, and I'm not totally energetic. I can't go on Sunday, and I'm not sure about tomorrow... or could someone recommend me a home workout?
Thanks.

Do you want to hit your goals or not? If you dont thats fine, just turn in your man card and go back to watching tv all day and eating cheetos.
If you do, then nothing should stop you. No excuses. A champion makes it happen. You know how you can tell the difference between the guy who doesnt make excuses and the guy who skips legs when his back is sore? The smell of victory, thats what. He smells like a champ and wakes up the next morning pissing exelence, everyone notices what a freaking champ he is when he walks by.
They say things like: "Damn, that guy probably just urinated more testosterone than my crippled body has produced all year"
Or: "if only i didnt skip leg day that one time because my back was sore. I could have been a champ, like this guy"
When zombie apocalypse happens the world will be inherited by champs, and the weak will all look to us to lead them. Its our duty as champions to not let the human race down. If we all made excuses every time it got a little inconvenient or unfomfortable to go to the gym, wed all be wearing skinny jeans and drinking soymilk latte's by now. Thomas Jefferson would be rolling over in his grave.
