Shall I skip legs this week?

This week I've done Biceps, triceps, chest, traps, shoulders, upper and lower back. Been at the gym 3 days this week. Did 45 mins of cardio too. Today is legs, but my lower back feels a bit battered, and I'm not totally energetic. I can't go on Sunday, and I'm not sure about tomorrow... or could someone recommend me a home workout?

    Thanks.

If you want to achieve your goal don't let a bit batter lower back and not feeling energetic stop you.

Go and do what you can while making sure you gave all you got.

Go do your training. If anything you could substitute squats for something less demanding on the lower back like leg press.
It's not how much weight you lift, but how well you lift it that really matters.

    320Kg Deadlift..... lightweight.

Do you want to hit your goals or not? If you dont thats fine, just turn in your man card and go back to watching tv all day and eating cheetos.

If you do, then nothing should stop you. No excuses. A champion makes it happen. You know how you can tell the difference between the guy who doesnt make excuses and the guy who skips legs when his back is sore? The smell of victory, thats what. He smells like a champ and wakes up the next morning pissing exelence, everyone notices what a freaking champ he is when he walks by.

They say things like: "Damn, that guy probably just urinated more testosterone than my crippled body has produced all year"

Or: "if only i didnt skip leg day that one time because my back was sore. I could have been a champ, like this guy"

When zombie apocalypse happens the world will be inherited by champs, and the weak will all look to us to lead them. Its our duty as champions to not let the human race down. If we all made excuses every time it got a little inconvenient or unfomfortable to go to the gym, wed all be wearing skinny jeans and drinking soymilk latte's by now. Thomas Jefferson would be rolling over in his grave.

Don't skip them just do them whenever you next go to the gym.

Training routines don't have to be dictated by a 7 day cycle.

Honestly if you feel like you could just skip one of the most important exercises in your weekly routine then you should just skip training full stop.

Everyday I go do legs my lower back, my feet and my knees start hurting before going to the gym. This is my body mind ****ing me and telling me I don't like working legs. Ignore it and go to the gym. Once you get there and blood starts flowing you'll be fine.

A lot of these posts made me laugh...glad you went man but next time you don't feel it you do not need to go, or ask our opinion either. As long as you do not make it a habit, skipping legs day ONCE will not have ANY negative impact on your goals.

I have no idea what experiences you have had with women, cars, or money, but working legs is not even remotely on par with any of the three. Hope this helps.

Is there any particular reason that there is only a certain day of the week that you can do legs?

What I mean is that just continue your routine wherever you left off so if legs day would be your next day, just train them the next time you are in the gym.
